How do you clean outside windows?

When it comes to keeping your windows crystal clear and in the best condition possible, Prudential Window Cleaning is here to offer you our excellent advice. With so much information out on the internet, it can be difficult to know where to begin, so we are here to give you straightforward steps to ensure that your windows are streak-free, well cared for and last as long as possible. Today, we are here to give you advice on the best way clean your outside windows.

Of course, outside windows will have more dirt and stains as they are exposed to the elements. We suggest beginning by rinsing the windows with a hose, and then filling a bucket with clean, cold water. You may also add a few drops of liquid dish soap.

Next of all, use a soft microfiber cloth on the surface of the window. If you have windows which are high up and difficult to reach, you can use a microfiber mop on a pole.

You should rinse it thoroughly with a hose. Then, spray or mop with vinegar and water solution, which you can make by mixing one-part white vinegar to two parts water.

You can wipe the window dry with a clean, rubber-bladed squeegee. Angle the squeegee towards the bottom of the window and work from top to bottom.

If you find any stubborn dirt and stains, such as bird droppings, you may pour vinegar and water directly on top and allow it to stand for several minutes before drying. We hope this guide is useful as a DIY option for keeping your windows in the best condition.
